Departure towards Son-Kul Lake from Bishkek, which is a 6-hour drive.
Drive to the high mountain lake of Son-Kul. Accommodation and stay in a yurt camp.

At 09:00 am depart from Bishkek to Kochkor for photography of the mountains and the breathtaking landscapes in the mountains.
Stop at Kalmak-Ashuu (mountain pass) to photograph the ridges, rocks, and stones.
Late lunch in the camp, is prepared according to traditional recipes, meaning it is delicious and filling.
Photoshoot at the lake and in the mountains during different lighting conditions.
Dinner in the company of like-minded people in a friendly and family atmosphere.
A peaceful and comfortable night in the traditional Kyrgyz yurts.

Location: yurt camp near Son-Kul lake.
Intensive day for photography from sunrise to sunset, around the lake and at the foot of the mountains.

Departure towards Son-Kul and Tash-Rabat, a 6-hour journey.

Passage through the Karatal-Zhapyryk State Reserve towards the city of Naryn. The location is situated on the main route of the Silk Road.

Passage to the yurt camp near the mountain stream.
Overview of the canyon with high stone walls.
Visiting the ancient 15th-century caravanserai Tash-Rabat, which served as a shelter and resting place for travelers of the Silk Road connecting Torugart and China.
Dinner and overnight stay in a guesthouse in the village of Tash-Rabat.

Departure towards Tash-Rabat - Kol-Suu, 5-6 hours journey.
Stay in a yurt camp.

Photo session in the pre-dawn light of the beginning of the day.
A busy day of photography from sunrise to sunset at Tash-Rabat.
Passage through the At-Bashi mountain range to the slope of the Kokshaal-Too Mountains.

Today we are heading to Lake Kol-Suu.
Early morning photoshoot in the beginning of the day.

Excursion to the turquoise Lake Kol-Suu, which is spectacularly located in a deep glacier canyon between towering peaks.
Transportation to the lake can be arranged either by car or by horseback riding (3 hours one way) upon the tourist's request.
Dinner in the wilderness.
Evening photoshoot of sunset, twilight mountains, river and, weather permitting, photographing the starry night sky and Milky Way.
Overnight stay in a yurt camp.

Departure towards Naryn, 8 hours of travel.
Early breakfast in the great outdoors.
Morning photo session.
Arrival in Naryn. Stocking up on supplies.
Introduction to local Kyrgyz culture.
Dinner at a cafe.
Overnight stay at Hotel Khan-Tengri.

Departure towards the Eki-Naryn Canyon, 4 hours journey.

Setting up camp in the mountains. There are several location options for camping:
Zhyluu-Suu, by the river on a meadow,
at the crossroads to the Tosor Pass and the Burkan River valley,
by a waterfall.
The location is on a beautiful overland route through the mountains towards the second largest high-altitude lake in the world, Lake Issyk-Kul. The path passes through high pastures (jailoo) with blooming alpine meadow flowers, cascading waterfalls, and following the course of turbulent rivers. The photos will be guaranteed to be colorful.
Lunch/dinner in the campsite amidst nature.
Overnight stay in tents.

Crossing the Tosor pass.
Photos of the vast sapphire waters of Issyk-Kul Lake.
Unforgettable and impressive meeting with a professional Kyrgyz eagle hunter (berkutchi) and his predatory hunting birds, trained golden eagles. Photos of the training/dressing of the birds of prey.
Arrival in Karakol.
Accommodation at Green Yard Hotel, the best in Eastern Kyrgyzstan.
Delicious dinner with a Dungan family. Traditionally, a rich assortment of Chinese cuisine dishes is presented for dinner.

Departure towards Karakol - Karkyra, 3-4 hours of travel.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to the Ak-Sai camp in Karkyra.
Photo excursion to the nearby canyon and Turuk River on the border with Kazakhstan.
Overnight stay in equipped yurts with an adjacent bathroom.

The flight on a helicopter (Kazakh service) towards the Khan-Tengri-Southern Enilchek glacier, 40 minutes flight.
The flight is operated by a spacious Mi-8 MTB, a mountain version of a transport helicopter, piloted by a highly qualified flight crew. The flight is operated regularly.
Breakfast/lunch/dinner in tents located on the glacier.
Photo session before, during, and after the breathtaking and exciting flight near the snowy peaks.
The flight is a great opportunity to take aerial photographs of high peaks, glaciers, and valleys through the helicopter's open windows with incredible photographic potential.
Overnight stay in tents at the base camp.
Optionally, nighttime photography with star trails over the mountains.

Location at the base camp of Khan Tengri.

Morning photo shoot of Khan Tengri and the surrounding mountains.
Exploring the glacier along the paths on the rocky middle moraine, no special equipment or experience required.
Lunch/dinner at the base camp.
Sunset glow on Khan Tengri, which colors the marble peak of the pyramid in a deep orange-pink hue.
Overnight stay at the base camp.

Flight by helicopter towards Karkyra, 40 minutes journey.
Morning photo shoot on the last day of stay in the Han-Tengri camp, capturing the mountains and glaciers.
Trip to the northern shore of Issyk-Kul, 7-8 hours journey.
Lunch at a restaurant.
Return to Bishkek.
Accommodation in a hotel.
Dinner at one of favorite restaurants.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the colorful eastern bazaar, shopping for souvenirs.
The big market in the city center has everything from spices to unique authentic national handmade souvenirs.
The photographic potential is phenomenal.
